Re: FBI revealing investigation into Hillary and not Trump. One was an investigation started in response to Congressional requests. The other was a CI investigation. You really wanted FBI to scream, "Hey Vlad!?!?!?! We're in your shorts so start killing the witnesses"?
And all but one of those 9 has no discernible relation to any person involved in the election. And Luke Harding reported the 9th had no tie to the dossier.

AND for MONTHS there have been other explanations for the treason case, having a lot more to do with a rival hack and leak run out of Ukraine.
-
I would bet the two guys dragged off with black bags over their heads had leaked to Christopher Steel.
-
Then why are they indicted in the US for stuff related to the hack?
-
(one is indicted, one is named prominently in same indictment)
-
You mean aside from the obvious answer: because the DOJ feels they have sufficient evidence to prosecute these Russian citizens for violating American law (Computer Fraud & Abuse Act, i.e. hacking)?
-
Allegedly our sources, that's what you're saying? We're prosecuting our sources for CFAA?
-
No, I’m saying the individuals arrested by Putin (for treason against Russia) seem to fit the description of sources mentioned in the Steele dossier... IIRC, individuals indicted in US are those who led the hacking efforts (SVR/GRU) but their teams sloppily left “fingerprints”.
-
Do you know the names of the two FSB officers arrested for treason? And have you read the Yahoo indictment?

The head of security at the Russian embassy in NYC, where Kushner wanted to set up a back channel communication between Trump & Putin our IC could not spy on turned up suspiciously dead and you can't imagine why?
-
Say, do you have a link that says that's where Kushner wanted to set up a back channel?
-
It is suggested here. It makes sense that is where it would be since they were still in NYC at the time.https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/russian-ambassador-told-moscow-that-kushner-wanted-secret-communications-channel-with-kremlin/2017/05/26/520a14b4-422d-11e7-9869-bac8b446820a_story.html?utm_term=.a1de4fa2826a …
-
Can you point the specific language where this was "suggested"?
-
Read the article. It is about halfway through it. Do you want me to blow your nose for you, too?
-
Well, there's this passage which makes it clear that we spy on everything coming out of the Embassy, which says the opposite of what you are arguing. Perhaps work on your own nose first?pic.twitter.com/yN74ZaPfm1
-
I am aware of that. Nevertheless Kislyak talked about setting up the back channel through a diplomatic facility. Since Kushner was in NYC that would be the logical place.
-
Want me to quote you from later in the article where it said RU rejected the offer in part bc they WOULDN'T let Americans into their most secure spots?
