There are no toys on this floor. So in spite of the fact that the best dog cushion is up here, it's still an inferior floor.

One of my cats took about a month to discover upstairs, but he's blind and had to figure out the whole downstairs before he was willing to mess with upstairs. Usually hangs out on or near the bed most of the day now.
