Correct. Only one domicile--last state in which you dwelt with intent to remain dwelling there indefinitely.
Hahaha, it's based on the *primary* domicil, but you probably wouldn't want to be simultaneously subject to suit in 2 states anyway 
Eh, people tend to get sued under specific personal jurisdiction (such as Goodin here--subject to suit in IL because act occurred there) rather than general. Corps can be and often are dual citizens (place of incorporation and principal place of business, if different).
