Non NK code could be from things they picked up from github, underground. Just because destructive attack hadn’t been an MO before doesn’t mean they can’t be behind it. Everyone’s gotta have an ace in the hole.

Sure. And exactly the opposite could be used to support the opposite, non NK attribution.

You’re also supposing that attribution was made solely based on malware analysis. There’s a lot more to it than that.
