Doesn't NK have a few years of history of building a cyber warfare effort? I agree with you, that I think it's kind of crazy, but it's not like, new news, right?
NK has cyber warfare capabilities. Which raises good questions abt how, if WannaCry was done FOR NK, it was done so incompetently to serve their purposes.
