Legal question concerning the transition e-mails: Are the transition officials who used the GSA accounts themselves government employees? Or are transition officials still private sector employees paid by the campaigns or others?
Followed by: If Trump's campaign staffers were working for free (as a number were) are they employees in any real sense?

I think everyone agrees they weren’t government employees — I haven’t seen anyone dispute that part of the Trump lawyer’s letter.
