But it's not the process. It's that Mueller has all of them and not just the ones they decided to hand over. They're arguing process b/c it's the only way they can see to try to fight this.

Correct. But they've know he had them for months. They've discovered the process (likely thru the OGR/HJC committee to undermine Mueller) recently. And also seen how the emails proved Flynn's obstruction.

Bingo. The key is what someone else just tweeted. Seeing what they chose to withhold makes Mueller's job easier.

Right. And also makes it easier to track this to Trump, bc (if the KT McFarland email is representative) they withheld the emails where Trump was in the room.
