making documents public not the same as inviting media over the night before a hearing..for an advance look for political purposes.
I really think Dems are making too much of a big deal out of this. Horowitz approved, DAG R approved, it's an effort to avoid any hint of hiding the Strzok stuff.

nothing wrong with making the texts public. they are documents in an investigation. it was the way it was done. should have been released this morning (to any media) at same time as hearing.

DOJ says this happens a lot, in past admins. I'm really not bugged. Dems have to stop trying to bury bad news. Especially here where impact of it is overblown.

at the risk of my going around in circles..making public is good. wish it were done more often. just criticizing the manner in which it was done. no more than that.
