sometimes if you search by an attorney (either for prosecution or defendant) in the case you can find docs that are hard to find otherwise.

PACER responds best with a rolled up newspaper across the nose. Some success in rubbing its nose in the mess while using a stern voice and saying "Bad PACER". Don't believe the hype of training by love with PACER.

Yes welcome to the redact, omitted or we human errors club experience. Depends on the time you have to push it a Well crafted FOIA with a dual headed Lexis Nexis knock may get the trick done while pacer continues to give you hell. There are a few more tricks if you have time
