Yes. The shelter sent it with him in hopes it would make him more foster falible, I think.

All I know is it makes him even more adorable, which is impossible, because he is already at maximum on the adorability scale. How can this be?

His problem right now is that he either doesn't understand or has been trained never to use internal steps. So he's alone on the middle floor and quite unhappy about it.

Jax is very bouncy. Seems to have about a 36 inch vertical, for a medium sized pup. So he SHOULD have no physical problems with steps. Just psychological.
