Yes. I read it. Not clear why @pwnallthethings' focus on hacking is apt. The reported targets of the FISA warrants had nothing to do w/hacks. Kislyak was already targeted, as would all RUs. & highly doubt any USPs associated w/hack would have problems being FISA targeted.

The claim on Fox the past few weeks has been that the Russia investigation started because of the dossier. The FISA angle was LM's claim, IIRC.
