Yeah, that's the body type. Just brown and speckly instead of dark. And not quite as wrinkly. Any tips?

They love to be with you but not on your lap. They don’t need a lot of exercise, but we leash walk ours twice a day. They are trainable on some things ( food works a charm) but incredibly stubborn and untrainable on others. They are super faithful, fastidiously clean.

Oh, he's actually pretty cuddly. His prior people appeared to have trained him off furniture, which I'm fine with, but if not, he would love to sit on your lap I think.

Food: we’ve used nature’s recipe salmon and sweet potato dry food for every one we’ve had. It’s no grain so keeps the skin issues down. Don’t overbathe. They can be stinky, but it’s kind of a breed thing that they have a musty smell sometimes. Don’t give them pig ears or rawhides

Ut oh. Why not give them rawhides? It's how I got thru the last two days.

Mine either fought over them, or choked on them. Neither were good outcomes so we banned. Plus it makes for a lot of poop.
