It's nuts. I remember the outrage years ago surrounding the 2011 NDAA's indefinite detention language. And now that its happening, virtually nothing. I think @steve_vladeck hypothesized in his podcast that the oxygen is being consumed by other Trump-centric issues.

Ugh.I'm so sick of this "kidnapping" story. Turkey considers Gulen a terrorist funder (he is) and responsible for the coup attempt (he was). The reason he's in Pennsylvania is cause he's a CIA asset and funded the radicalizing madrassas throughout Central Asia during the cold war

I've got no love for Erdogan... But let's get real... When they fell out we took Gulen's side and now he's a "dissident". They're both terrible... We align ourselves with terrible people for geo-political purposes
