Yup. One of the lawyers (I'll let you guess which of the three) was steaming about the ex parte. I think he said "you can't rule for Gartenlaub bc it'd kill the Tor application."

Gorgeous. And so device friendly. That said, I couldn't talk the lawyers into the lawyer conference room so felt bad sitting in there working until Gartenlaub came up.
