On the whole, panel more friendly to Gartenlaub than gov't, bodes well. But we may never know what happened in the sekrit meeting between Lewis and the judges after.

Yup. One of the lawyers (I'll let you guess which of the three) was steaming about the ex parte. I think he said "you can't rule for Gartenlaub bc it'd kill the Tor application."

I used to go between San Francisco and Miami quite a bit and got to where I slept better on that flight than I did in most Florida hotels
