Russia rebuffed Flynn on the UN resolution, right? Is it possible Pence was part of this tilt toward Netanyahu? I assumed Manafort pushed Pence on Trump, because Putin wanted it for some reason. Maybe jettisoning Manafort was Pence/Kushner's just seeing him as a distraction.
