@lrozen@TimInHonolulu @Tahoesquaw1 Watching EDVA docket to see if all 4 sealed indictments disappear (i.e., wd confirm they were all Flynn family related). If so, think it means son got off entirely. Dad did his job well.

Like over-read my reporting that there was a pending charge or deal in the SDNY vault against Reza Zarrab? Also, can you just make an indictment vanish after jurisdiction over it has transferred from Art II prosecutors to the Art III court? I don't know. Do you?

I don't know the answer to your question but seems logical that if, pursuant to the plea agreement, prosecution of the indictments has been or will be terminated (with the approval of the court), at some point the indictments will be removed from the docket, no ?

Sure. But I checked DC last night, having hunch Flynn might drop, and they are still all there. All 7. Fed.R.Crim.P. 48(a) needs "leave of court" to dismiss so I expect an order. FISC is an odd bird. Though I have endeavored to fathom it since mid '90s I still get surprised.
