The UN vote was about condemning illegal Israeli settlements. Jared Kushner & Michael Flynn violated the Logan Act in order to serve Israel's agenda to kill the UN VOTE. Official U.S. policy was to at least abstain from that UN vote but Kushner told Flynn to contact the Russians.
The big news is that Flynn lied to FBI about Palestinian settlements vote. This is not just RU, folks. Never has been.

It's pretty clear there's a deal here. Mueller could easily have charged Flynn with a variety of other crimes.
