here's an interesting question: in AZ you are allowed to concealed carry at 21 without any kind of license, so how's that gonna play?

Here in Idaho, we can concealed-carry without permit or permission as long as we haven't lost our 2nd Amendment rights. If they get sloppy about how they word it, an Idaho Drivers License would translate into a 50 state concealed carry permit. They never create sloppy wordings...
