There's the complete silence on all the banks that didn't get prosecuted under late Mueller tenure. That's partly Lanny Breuer/Holder's fault. But partly complete refocus on terrorism.

Finally, note the silence about the Russian mobsters who didn't get prosecuted under FBI Director Bob Mueller (and the 2X informant tie w/Felix Sater)? He's facing down RU mobsters he (or DOJ) didn't pursue before 2013.

In any case, my take on Mueller is 1) he's good bc he calmed FBI/DOJ and knows how to negotiate that bureaucracy 2) he's actually pursuing some of his own unfinished business 3) he also put together a superb team.
