Apple and pear cranberry are pretty easy. I think a proper pumpkin is a bit harder (unless you're working with a premade crust, in which case it's a cinch).

Peel it, like you would a butternut (tho butternut is easier to peal). Put in your pressure cooker (AKA magic pot). Put the spices (ginger, nutmeg, anise star) in the water. Pressure cook on the long side of recommended.
