Yeah, I think that's a very very good question. When we point out that NRA destabilizes the US more than any other org it's not going to be popular.

You don't have to think that per se while still totally beiliving Russia could easily see dumping money into the NRA is a wise investment for its goals and the NRA being traitorously greedy to accept money for its goals.

There are these giant companies that have the NRA on lockdown for the last 30-40yrs called gun manufactures. A-holes don't need to be in cahoots to have a similar rhyme scheme. The NRA convention is a big republican event, probably why they chose it.

It's so weird. This assumes people who want money and power are usually satisfied with "enough" money and power. Seriously it's not that hard to think that if Russia wanted to "donate to their cause" they'd be eager for it and would be happy to make connections on their behalf.

No it's not me saying they'd just want 'enough' money. It's just following Occam's Razor (sp?). It's a big event that Trump was gonna be at anyway and was not directly connected to the Republican party. no need to expand the conspiracy.
