If you were an organisation interested in transparency and openness, concerned about unfettered surveillance etc. why would you drip feed pretty complete descriptions but then later also the actual goods? They can't say they were busy redacting because they didn't do any.

To me the reason for the second and now public tweet about asking to become an ambssador seems to make the DM about it look like a less serious offer then it might have been.

Assange as an Australian from his generation has a bad case of tall poppy syndrome, Donald Trump Jnr would be anathema to him, he literally couldn't think of a worse person, besides Hillary. To me as an Australian of similar age/location the tone of his tweets is clearly trolling
