They're called "Directives." They're limited to certain uses and targeting practices, but court doesn't review the actual directives.

My GUESS is NSA will send a list of Apple numbers and say, give us the iTunes synch from those phones on daily basis. But that's a total WAG. It's why I think they added PW to "trust this computer."

Doesn't iCloud backups do some really secure crypto with TPMs both in the Apple servers and consumer device and such though?
