there is no reason to think that the trump camp didn't hear the whispers, and the russians certainly did as well (plus they would have had eyes on steele's sources in russia).
Oh, I totally get how RU figured it out. Trumpsters aren't that smart though. But I continue to believe Akhmetshin will have a role here, esp since Don Jr could not recall his presence.
