Turks certainly think USG is hypocritical on subject of Gulen. They remember it was the US who 'rendered' Ocalan (PKK leader) from Nairobi to Turkey, leading to his continued imprisonment on Imrali (island outside Istanbul, where Flynn & co. were reportedly going to ship Gulen).

Certainly Erdogan and other senior Ministers do. But, more broadly, I hear it all the time from Turks of all stripes, even anti-Erdogan types.
