Is this O.Henry ending a joke?: "we remand the matter to Judge Collyer for further consideration of [the merits]." Yet they just explained--correctly--that what she'd already done was to decide against the ACLU on the merits! Whole standing charade is big fat waste of time.

Yeah, having been proven wrong by all her colleagues isn't going to turn her into a reasonable judge. I'm just glad to know there are more people in my "Worst FISA Judge Ever" club.
