BS 1991. Partial profile match of stereotypical out-of-stater (Ivy League reject, or in my case MIT), but from WI, not coastal. Less $ than stereotypical out-of-stater (not-poor). East-Coast assumed I was in-state, in-state, opposite. Fascinating intersectional view for me...

I can see how that would be. My PhD was in CompLit, so I taught CompLit, Great Books, and Communications, listed in order of how many poorer students i had.

Tho I will say that Tommy Hendricks took a friend's African lit class and did really well, even during the season.
