He was arrested the day after the Manafort raid - at IAD - if I recall correctly. I don't remember if he was entering the US, leaving it, or starting or ending a domestic trip.
Entering from Germany. Unclear whether he was transferring (American often tries to route me thru VA airports).

I used to live in the DC area - you couldn't *pay* me to fly into or out of IAD.

I haven't bothered to read any of the documents - there are plenty of smarter people than myself in those topics I can rely on. I'm more curious about the Flynns and the Kushner - Mercer axis.
