No. Not historically. They ID the RU adds using modeling, not actual IoCs. So while they know roughly how many people saw the ad, not who.

So to find out they'd have to do the same kind of analysis that these very same people say would be wrong to use to get USP count at NSA.

The other thing going on is these very same people have no fucking clue what NSA collects from 702 and so can't call them on this.
