That's true, in spite of fact Demers was part of not fully informing FISC about changes to PAA/PRISM in 2008 while it was being litigated.

Demers says PCLOB said no intentional misuse. In April, worst FISC judge ever Collyer said FBI did intentionally share info improperly.
