To extent meeting didn't happen, it didn't happen because Manafort's corruption had made RU outreach toxic, not bc they wouldn't do it

There is an alternative reading, which is someone low-level should brush off GP so as not to imply it was being taken seriously by campaign.

I realize the site is down but on 7/14, GP was setting up meeting WITH Manafort w/Timofeev. So no. It was taken seriously.
