I have a theory that sexual harassment/assault generally isn’t tolerated as much in the nonprofit world, because women are frequently running the show. Curious to hear others’ thoughts.

Hmm. Last non-profit I worked at the boss was doinking the co-worker on his desk. [oops, I think he follows me now--they did get married]
