WRT 702, it means they can draw on location data that mobile apps get from the phone. (Eg, think of all kinds of location info FB gets)

Think you have to be pretty careful to avoid Google and/or FB from a good approximation of where you are.

I specifically block FB / Google location services and usually have location off unless requested. But cellco has that data no matter what
