Seems like a pretty big deal. Wonder if the privacy groups who've championed Tor for years will put out a warning to their followers.
Let's see if other journalists can confirm what I have. I suspect Tor will try to counteract this, as they have past efforts to undermine.

For international users use of Tor is still a net positive. And for American users it may still serve a purpose.
