Even assuming this involves a device, I don't think that's necessarily true.
I'm not saying this disproves it. But there is zero evidence in the affy requiring stored historic records.

Yeah. What I did is look at necessitated by the affy, which doesn't require historic logs, given hidden PureVPN dates.
