I am not trying to be pedantic but PRTT results would not be "from PureVPN" they would be from Law Enforcement (FBI probably in this case)
Even assuming this involves a device, I don't think that's necessarily true.

Yeah. What I did is look at necessitated by the affy, which doesn't require historic logs, given hidden PureVPN dates.
