Not sure if you've gotten further than I have on where it is, but as far as I got leads me to believe that does happen.
Which is to say my guess is the 12333 is in same database as 702/Title I/NatSec metadata. But that this language is abt ad hoc databases.

I thought raw Title I/702 FISA database is separate frm raw 12333 both bc of the sharing guidelines & to keep FISC oversight away frm latter

Another reason I suspect they're in same place is for same reason that 215 phone dragnet queries included SPCMA: to get around FISA rules.

Adding -- exact parallel with 215/SPCMA and FISA might apply here: it might be in same federated query but access controlled by training.

That would make more sense than commingling, as it's just not in their nature to accept externally imposed rules where not necessary

Sure, but even if that's the case, it can be accomplished by tying access to training, as it is everywhere else.
