HJC 702 bill mandate that FBI queries ping all databases would override raw 12333 sigint sharing rule against USP crime-not-FI searches, no?pic.twitter.com/u8krlaUqs9

Not sure if you've gotten further than I have on where it is, but as far as I got leads me to believe that does happen.
you think run of the mill crime case queries already ping the 12333 database today, notwithstanding this rule?pic.twitter.com/DLyaCA9Gjk
Yes. I do. For the same logic I keep raising. Once they get a positive hit then it is, by definition, FII.
I was also told the sharing rules are not that different from the 702 ones: full investigation. Q is does it have to be FII related?
Which is to say my guess is the 12333 is in same database as 702/Title I/NatSec metadata. But that this language is abt ad hoc databases.
I thought raw Title I/702 FISA database is separate frm raw 12333 both bc of the sharing guidelines & to keep FISC oversight away frm latter
There's really not that much oversight over FBI 702 in first place. And this is all part of the parallel construction machine 12333>702>TI
What database did they put the Stellar Wind leads in?
Another reason I suspect they're in same place is for same reason that 215 phone dragnet queries included SPCMA: to get around FISA rules.
Adding -- exact parallel with 215/SPCMA and FISA might apply here: it might be in same federated query but access controlled by training.
That would make more sense than commingling, as it's just not in their nature to accept externally imposed rules where not necessary
Maybe wrong but I thnk sharing guidelines prohibit queries by agents working run-of-mill criminal cases frm pinging raw 12333 sigint content
