WSJ @Kaspersky article says the NSA contractor was developing hacking tools. Assuming Kaspersky had signatures for code libraries in Stuxnet and assuming that Stuxnet really was NSA developed (per @KimZetter), it seems plausible they got a signature hit on code from Stuxnet. 1/n
