That's a really good question. I'm not sure my answer wrt legal v ethical standards would be the same.

Yes, I'd love disclosure, and also for bots pushing commercial products. That seems a no-brainer.

Sure--but on the NFL hashtags they're *not* pushing fake news. They're pushing opinion.

I use that term loosely. Bots do NOT have opinions... that is a human expression.

I think what you want is a "paid for by." But that's going to take some doing on Twitter.

If it's were paid for by Americans who support cause (& in this case appear true for anti NFL), no. It's political speech
