Even if Flynn flips, it's not like he would abandon all legal interests distinct from Mueller. He'd want to get advice while cooperating.

Yup. But it'd be cheaper than trial, except for the no pardon part. As I keep saying it'll be easier to pardon Flynn than Manafort.
