we have evidence that swing voters were targeted. Do you disagree with that?
Yeah. Except his assumptions there are based on bad reporting. So proof that there's no proof.

You're saying the WSJ is wrong and there was no warrant?
-
I'm saying neither WSJ nor CNN affirm there was, and any idiot pretending they do to write THREADS is suspect. And ALSO I think WSJ is wrong
-
I find it a little hard to believe the prosecutor wouldn't cover that possibility in his assumptions, also that Facebook wasn't pushed
-
Well then you're as unfamiliar w/public record as he is. Doesn't excuse either one of you.
-
Let's ask!
@dseetharaman@ByronTau@shaneharris, did you guys confirm that Mueller gave Facebook a warrant? MTW thinks you're misleading -
I think the story is misleading, absolutely. But hey, if their editors are ready to confirm warrant, let's hear it. It'd be BREAKING news.
-
You may be right.
@dseetharaman@ByronTau@shaneharris, this is important. Was the warrant report an assumption or confirmed? -
Not an "assumption." An inference, possibly w/assist of surveillance lawyers, amongst whom there's a ton of debate?
