Legally Manning was convicted. I don't understand how anyone can expect Pompeo to be happy about the Harvard situation.

1) She was not convinced of treason. Found NOT GUILTY of aiding enemy. 2) She served 7 years. 3) Maybe Pompeo should worry abt torture?

If you want to go after Pompeo for torture that's a separate issue. But Chelsea is a felon and, many believe, a traitor.

But those "many believe" are flouting the law and the Constitution. We have trials in this country. If you don't like it. you're unAmerican.

Who is "flouting the law"? People have the right to the opinion that Manning is a traitor.

Not if they believe in the Constitution. If they DO believe in the Constitution they wouldn't misuse it like you're doing.

So for you to say different in spite of trial verdict is for you to shit on foundational principles of the Constitution.

You're a little too close to this emotionally. I'm not offering an opinion on Manning. But I understand why CIA would think her a traitor.

It doesn't take a conviction of treason to believe that someone is a traitor. (And maybe they don't believe that, but they are offended)

Again, you are apologizing for the CIA Director shitting on the Constitution. That's un-American.
