Sure. Almost every GOP Senator and most MoCs have voted to eliminate ACA as their fix. Failure to do so made it clear that's not a fix.

So offer a fix that 1) makes total health care outlay less and 2) fixes parts of ACA people hate. Hmm. Sounds like smart politics.

Let people buy insurance to get better than expanded medicaid. When Ds take back government, make 'no paperwork act' using Ryan's postcard.

Offer up enough improvements then to make it single payer and done.

Again, what are the taxes you're going to raise to 1) pay for things in ACA already not funded 2) pay for this?

Expanded Medicaid can be paid for with buy-ins. It stabilizes markets, lower costs. Then argue gov should be allowed to negotiate drug price

The same is true of Medicare buy-in, which is what Sanders is proposing, with the added benefit that that needs more stabilization.

But you still don't seem to be answering why your additional taxes are free and Sanders' are not?

I'm not saying they are. Just politically speaking, my option makes more likely to get Sanders option passed. Again, watch Doug Jones dance.

Based on any evidence, including that people love Medicare because it's universal? Or just making stuff up?
