Yu clearly knew Microsoft Korea website had been hacked in 2013 (tho not sure if that was his code). Then gave UCC1 more malware in 2013

Given the huge headaches of extradition, if a suspect wants voluntarily to submit himself to U.S. jurisdiction, that seems predictable.

They seem to have moved quickly. There's a ref to a web page downloaded on the 20th, indictment signed 21st, arrest on 22nd.
