Point taken. :) But it seems like even where it is legally available, black and brown folks don't sign up for it like white folks do.

Overall I think Dems should fight for vote-by-mail to be legally available in every state. It'd cut out so many of the potential obstacles.

Loved voting by mail in Washington State. Not available here in Kentucky, but it's easy to register to vote, online. See
