@emptywheel why did the FBI refuse to forensically analyze the DNC leak data if it was an "act of war" by another country?
Did I say it was an act of war? Also, FBI didn't "refuse." They just used CS' forensics. Unclear whether DNC "refused" or not.

VIPS says there is forensic evidence that someone like a DNC leaker transferred the data to a USB drive bc the speed is too fast to be inet.
