Most interesting thing IMO abt pardons is not whether or how they'll happen but if Trump can get good enough legal advice to do them right

Kushner's the only one with excellent counsel so far. And Trump of course won't listen to counsel.

You would have to imagine Miller and Bannon tell him to just do it and let time sort it out. That he has power to do whatever he wishes.

Onus would then be on pardoned pers to prove it was POTUS himself tweeting. Signed paper recommended.

Exactly. Form likely not const'l required -- but tweets create proof problem for beneficiary.

For same reasons I recommend to make written & signed pardons public before DT leaves office. Back-dating docs. common in business.

Well, I think he has to sign an actual pardon paper. But yes, at least by precedent, he can do them in large batches. Lincoln did it /1
