Yes. First of all, Rosenstein deconflicted fairly recently w/Burr and Warner. & Flynn's behavior doesn't YET suggest he flipped.

I'd expect there would be consultation with Mueller prior to any talk of immunity deals. Plus they would require significant revelations.

That said, immunity wasn't the issue with Iran Contra. We knew they lied and that came out. Granted it took 3 more years...Different era.
